Pre-Auction Dinner: Yannick Alléno at the Eisele Vineyard
Eisele Vineyard is pleased to invite you to an intimate dinner in the Pinault family’s private residence. Artémis Domaines and Chateau Latour President Frédéric Engerer will host this wonderful evening. Dinner will be prepared by 3-star Michelin chef Yannick Alléno from iconic Paris restaurant Pavillon Ledoyen. This celebrated cuisine will be paired with wines from the Eisele Vineyard, spanning multiple decades from the estate's library.

Frederic Engerer is the CEO of Artemis Domaines, holding company of the Pinault family - owners of Eisele Vineyard Estate (formerly Araujo) in Calistoga, Chateau Latour in Pauillac, Domaine d'Eugenie in Vosne-Romanee, Burgundy, and Chateau Grillet in the Northern Rhone. Born into a family of wine merchants, wine has been the number one focus for Frederic Engerer for the last three decades. Graduating with a business degree, his tasting skills were developed with Michel Bettane, a highly regarded French journalist considered to be as one of the most capable wine tasters in the world. At the end of 1994, Francois Pinault, owner of Chateau Latour, asked Engerer to join the estate as commercial director. He became president of the company in late 1998 and appointed an entirely new technical team - whose first vintage was 1999. Engerer and his team have overseen all Latour vintages ever since.
