This year’s post-Auction dinner is being designed by Francis Coppola, with a little help from some local friends: Chef John Sorenson and the Meadowood Napa Valley Culinary Team. Be part of the preparations and go behind the scenes at Meadowood on the big day as Francis and friends prepare the meal to be enjoyed by Auction-goers later that night. Maybe you’ll be asked to roll some of the handmade gnocchi or gently stir the simmering Pomodoro sauce or trim some fresh basil leaves for the pesto. No matter what transpires, this is sure to be a sous chef assignment unlike any other.
