Beaver Creek, Colorado

Experience an unparalleled blend of Colorado’s best winter adventures from your luxurious ski-in, ski-out penthouse tucked high on a mountain in exclusive Beaver Creek. Catch your breath as you take in the 270-degree views of Colorado mountain splendor—including those tantalizing ski slopes—from your home for five nights. At Cuvée’s West Wing Penthouse at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, everything is on a grand scale, from those spectacular views to your spacious-yet-private two-story 4,400-square-foot living space to the resort’s five-star amenities and Cuvée’s incomparable service.

Begin with a customized private chef dinner in your penthouse, prepared by the Cuvée culinary team and hosted by vintners Wesley and Jessica Steffens, who will share delectable Vineyard 7 & 8 wine pairings. The next day, after in-penthouse fittings of your ski rentals, you’re off for a ski day on Beaver Creek Mountain, accompanied by the winemakers. These rentals and ski passes are yours for your entire stay. After all that breathtaking fun, relax on your expansive outdoor patio or cozy up around your moss rock fireplace. Make use of your fully stocked bar and kitchen, or head to the swanky cocktail bar and WYLD restaurant downstairs in the vibrant Ritz.

The next few days bring all sorts of snowy adventures. After the rush of downhill skiing, slow down to appreciate the stunning scenery and brisk cold air during your horse-drawn sleigh ride in nearby Cordillera. There you’ll dine on rustic fare at Bearcat’s Cabin. This is the original cabin the Bearden family homesteaded during the early 20th century. Completely restored, it now acts as one of Vail’s most historic restaurant settings.

On another night, snowshoe or be whisked away on a starlit sleigh ride (pulled by a Beaver Creek Snow Cat) to Zach’s Cabin. Reached only by the methods above, Zach’s is perched on the mountainside high above Bachelor Gulch, and is famous for its fresh, Rocky Mountain fare as well as its uninterrupted views of the magnificent Gore Range. This fine-dining experience with its impressive wine list has been awarded the Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence for 10 years running.

The next day, rock and roll during a half-day snowmobiling experience taking you to lunch in a mountaintop yurt. More adventures of all kinds are available—just connect with Cuvée’s concierge and experience curator, available 24/7.

Napa Valley

But your fun is not over! Back in the Napa Valley, you’ll be welcomed to a three-night stay at the Steffens’ private vineyard residence on their estate. Enjoy a private luncheon at Vineyard 7 & 8 and take advantage of the winery team’s concierge service to help plan your time in and around Napa Valley. To remember your extraordinary cuvée of experiences, you’ll take home a three-vintage vertical of Vineyard 7 & 8 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon— the first three vintages crafted by winemakers Martha McClellan and Wesley Steffens.
