A gastronomic affair to remember awaits you at The Napa Valley Reserve, a stunning eighty-acre property in the heart of the valley surrounded by vineyards, gardens and orchards.
In this magical setting, play host to fifty guests lucky enough to indulge in a dinner dreamed up by three star chefs: Thomas Keller, Christopher Kostow and Kyle Connaughton.
Founder of the iconic Napa Valley restaurant, The French Laundry, Chef Thomas is the first and only American-born chef to hold multiple three-star ratings from the Michelin Guide. Designated a Chevalier of The French Legion of Honor, France’s highest decoration, he brings his exactingly high standards to bear on innovative French-American cuisine.
Christopher Kostow is the critically acclaimed chef of The Restaurant at Meadowood in St. Helena, California and the third youngest chef to ever receive three Michelin stars. Chef Christopher draws upon his own American upbringing and the singular beauty and bounty of the Napa Valley to cook food that is thoughtful, personal and in concert with his community and collaborators.
Chef Kyle Connaughton opened Single Thread in downtown Healdsburg in 2016 to nearly instant acclaim; the restaurant garnered two Michelin stars for its 2018 guide. Drawing on his experience in the kitchens of Japan and at renowned restaurants including Fat Duck, Chef Kyle takes an experimental approach to fresh ingredients, harvested from the Single Thread Farm.
Together, these culinary luminaries will delight you with indulgent dishes showcasing the bounty of California’s wine country—complete with exquisite wine pairings curated by Jean-Charles Boisset.
To be held on September 8, 2018.
