5 bottles of Napa Valley wine
Private tour of Promontory winery and vertical tasting for 10 with Will Harlan and director of winegrowing Cory Empting
Intimate meal for 10 at the Promontory territory with Chef Francis Mallmann
Embark on a journey to discover the lands and very first expressions of Promontory, the Harlan family’s nascent winegrowing endeavor hidden just beyond the southwestern borderlands of Oakville. Steeped in history yet largely overlooked in the twentieth century, the scale of this undiscovered territory evokes the impression of a small national park. These seemingly remote lands encompass an entire watershed, and embody all the hallmarks of an unparalleled winegrowing estate.
You and nine others will be welcomed at the newly completed winery in Oakville by Will Harlan and director of winegrowing Cory Empting, for a private tour and vertical tasting of the first vintages yielded from the land. Then the real adventure begins, as you are brought out to the expanse of the territory just to the south, to be among the few to ever explore it. The experience culminates in an intimate meal prepared by renowned chef, Francis Mallmann, set within the dramatic backdrop of the wild lands of Promontory.
As a token and symbol of this discovery and first taste of Promontory, you will take home five bottles of Promontory in rare large-format bottles — one from each of the first five vintages, including the neverbefore released 2008.
