The Beall family and the Novak family are very excited to join together in offering you three incredible experiences - one at your home or at the Spottswoode Estate for 12, one an incredible 10-year vertical of Spottswoode Cabernet Sauvignon and one at Blackberry Farm for three couples.

First of the Three Powers
Spend three nights at one of the country’s most celebrated resorts. Blackberry Farm was recently named Andrew Harper’s 2012 #1 Food and Wine Resort and the #2 Hideaway in America in 2012 by Andrew Harper’s Hideaway Report, and #1 Resort in North America by Travel + Leisure’s 2011 World’s Best Awards, among others. Blackberry Farm offers some of the most unique food and wine experiences in the country: five star accommodations, a true taste of Southern hospitality and a plethora of activities such as hiking, cycling, sporting clays, spa, fly fishing, gardening and cooking classes. Mary, Beth and/or Lindy Novak will join the Bealls at Blackberry Farm to co-host these special dinners that await you.

For your first night on the farm, Blackberry Farm proprietors Sam and Mary Celeste Beall will open up their home to you and your guests to appropriately welcome you to the farm - imagine a causal, but decadent night with Sam in the kitchen with wines pulled from his personal cellar and also provided by Spottswoode. The evening will also include a special guest or two - music is often a good bet.

Your second night will be outdoors under the Smoky Mountains' stars. Enjoy BBQ Blackberry style at the setting of the iconic Yallarhammer Pavilion. Imagine donning your boots and jeans, heading down to the pavilion nestled between the forks of Hesse Creek and falling in love with an evening filled with bluegrass, Foothills Cuisine and incredible wine.

The final evening will be spent in the Barn Restaurant wine cellar with Chef Joseph Lenn the masterful sommelier team, which will guide you through a rare evening featuring bottles of wine from Blackberry Farm's Grand Award Winning wine cellar that sits 170,000 bottles strong, along with wines pulled from the Novak family’s personal cellar, among them a rare double magnum of 1987 Cabernet Sauvignon and other once-in-a-lifetime selections.

Your stay includes three cottage suite-level accommodations for up to six guests, special meals and wine pairings and an activity each day to choose from: horseback riding, sporting clays, spa appointments, fly fishing, gardening, cheese making, cooking classes, hiking, cycling and much more.

Second of the Three Powers
You and your guests will enjoy a dinner for 12 people at either the winning bidder’s home or at the Spottswoode Estate in Napa Valley, with the menu composed by Blackberry Farm Chef Joseph Lenn to pair with special wines from Spottswoode’s private library cellar.

Third of the Three Powers
Probably the most prized and special portion of this lot, the winning bidder will receive a ten-year vertical of Spottswoode Cabernet Sauvignon in magnum and double magnum format (one magnum and one double magnum of each vintage) from 2001 - 2010. All are exceptional and age-worthy vintages, and these 20 bottles will be a wonderful addition to your cellar.
