5-DAY TRIP FOR 2 TO MONTANA VIA PRIVATE JET
HELICOPTER TOUR, FLY-FISHING, SHOOTING
PRIVATE COTTAGE IN NAPA
Your view from above begins at the Eisele Vineyard at Araujo Estate, where you’ll be cozily situated in a restored 1886 clapboard cottage with far-reaching vistas of the Palisades Mountains. After you’ve settled in, join Daphne and Bart Araujo for an intimate dinner in their home. The next day kick around vineyards, olive groves and hiking trails, then dine that evening at the one-Michelin-starred SolBar at Solage Resort in the charming town of Calistoga.
The next day, take to the skies in a private jet which will deliver you to big sky country—Montana--where you’ll stay for five nights in the owner's private penthouse suite of the new Lodge at Whitefish Lake. Hike in the wilderness, fly-fish on a private preserve and take a private shooting lesson with advanced rifles and shotguns from a retired Navy Seal.
With the rugged grandeur of Glacier National Park only a half-hour to the east, this trip would not be complete without a tour of what is widely considered the most breathtaking scenery in the American west. A helicopter will take you aloft so you can revel in a bird’s eye view of thousands of acres of forested parkland dotted with hundreds of lakes, dozens of glaciers and more waterfalls than you can possibly count.
Your adventure will conclude with an exquisitely heady dinner prepared by Andy Blanton, the James Beard-nominated chef-owner of Café Kandahar. Chef Blanton’s modern American cuisine embraces all the pristine ingredients of the Montana summer. His culinary roots, ripe in French and Creole influences, will be complemented by wines from Araujo Estate.
Count yourself among the lucky few to lay claim to a six liter of Eisele Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. The Eisele site was first planted in the 1880s and has been in continous production ever since.
