If you love wine as much as you love food, then head into the gourmet garden at Round Pond Estate for an intimate Sunday brunch that begins with a tour of the biodynamic sensory garden (weather permitting) led by winery chef Eric Maczko. With the morning's fresh vegetables in hand, you will make your way to the kitchen for a cooking demonstration as well as a wine-pairing discussion.

Your morning continues with a past, present and future tasting of the 2005-2009 vintages of Estate Cabernet Sauvignons hosted by winemaker Brian Brown.

After the tasting you will be hosted by Chef Eric for a seated brunch on the terrace overlooking the vineyards (weather permitting). Your brunch will feature estate olive oils, vinegars, citrus syrups and the fresh ingredients you harvested. Your morning will conclude with a barrel tasting, then take great memories and a vertical of Cabernet Sauvignon home with you.
