Ripe Peak Winery Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are 100% estate-grown on Atlas Peak and harvested by hand. The Merlot included in this lot also hails from the Atlas Peak AVA and is bottled at the estate. Both wines were aged in 100% new French oak for 22 months. Though these two wines are showing beautifully and may be enjoyed now, they also can be cellared for several years with great results.
