Two Exceptional Magnums
2 bottles of Napa Valley wine, as noted
The philosophy at Covenant is that fine wine creates a special bond between people who love wine and who share a respect for tradition. That's what brought vintner Leslie Rudd and winemaker and writer Jeff Morgan together to craft Covenant, now widely considered to be among the finest kosher wines in the world.
In 2011, Covenant created a new label—Landsman—exclusively for its wine club and featuring varieties previously not made at Covenant. These include Pinot Noir sourced from Francis Mahoney's Napa Carneros Vineyard and Syrah sourced from a one-acre vineyard in Napa's Coombsville District. Only 100 cases of each of these wines were made, and only six 1.5-liter magnums of each variety were produced.
Landsman wines from this initial vintage (now sold out) are available only to members of the Covenant Landsman Wine Club—with the exception of the two magnums offered here.
