Your adventure on top of picturesque Howell Mountain begins with a romp through Cimarossa's vineyards and olive groves on Clifford--the vineyard's ATV. While winery owners Dino and Corry prepare a lovely meal for you in their home, you will enjoy a tasting of Cabernet Sauvignon and extra virgin olive oil from the estate. Then lunch will be served on the deck overlooking the valley below (weather permitting).

Last, take home with you a vertical of Cimarossa's Riva di Ponente Cabernet Sauvignon (2003-2010 vintages) and a 375ml bottle of olive oil for you and each of your guests.
