You and one other couple will spend three days and two nights working and playing as guests of Boyd Family Vineyards when you stay at the estate's cottage during the grape harvest. You'll spend one day in the vineyards learning about the terroir of the Oak Knoll District and what makes fruit from the district so special. You'll spend another day with winemaker Stan Boyd at the winery. He'll fill you in on punch-downs and racking, and take you into the lab where you'll act as assistant winemakers learning the ropes of making great Napa Valley wine.

Then relax at a harvest dinner and tasting of current Boyd wines including Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cuvee and Syrah. And, each couple will take home six bottles of Boyd 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon and six bottles of Boyd 2009 Merlot from Big Ranch Vineyard.
