Let's start with the wines: a tantalizing vertical (2008-2010) of Aubert Wines' Hyde Vineyard Chardonnay in magnum format. You and up to five guests are also invited to join owner and winemaker Mark Aubert for an exclusive vertical tasting of the Hyde Vineyard Chardonnay that will be held in the winery's private tasting salon. Since Aubert is not open to the public, the visit must be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time and booked at least four weeks in advance.
